Geocomposite

  • Geocomposite is combination of different geosynthetic materials such as geotextile, geomembrane, geogrid and geonet. Yekta Varagh geocomposite are prepared by laminating geotextiles on one or both sides of a geomembrane for various purposes. The geotextile as the reinforcement area increased puncture resistance to membranes, friction to prevent slipping and also improves mechanical properties. The geotextile is of the nonwoven, needle-punched type and relatively heavy weight.

    The Geotextile sheets engineered for the functions of filtration, drainage, impermeability and separation. Geomembrane layers are used to provide the barrier function to prevent the passage of liquids and most gases.
